西南政法大学

于1953年正式成立。是在西南人民革命大学政法系的基础上，相继合并重庆大学法学院、四川大学政法学院等五所院校的法学院、系而成立的。1978年由国务院批准为全国重点大学，1995年更名为西南政法大学。
