柳永（约971-1053），字耆卿，初名三变，字景庄，排行第七，又称柳七，崇安（今福建崇安县）人。有《乐章集》，其词中名篇有《雨霖铃》、《凤栖梧》、《八声甘州》、《望海潮》等。
